March for Babies?

I really wish I had known about this sooner! I was just looking at their website and the walk in my area takes place this Saturday, and I'll still be in Louisiana. So I looked up the one for this area and it's not until May 25. Grr. I so want to walk! My goal now is to definitely set up a team and walk next year in memory of Dylan. Can anyone tell me when they start planning for the following year?

  1. I don't know much about the March for Babies. I mean, I know about it, but don't have a lot of info for you.

    Just wanted to let you know that you can always participate in A Walk to Remember. It takes place in October every year. We did it last year and it was absolutely amazing!! We got to release balloons for our little ones at the end as they read off their names. Google it, and you should be able to find one in your area!

    Just thought I'd give you the idea, so you can do some kind of walk this year for Dylan!

  2. A walk to remember sounds wonderful! We are doing a walk in Zoe's name this year for the March of Dimes, on May 9th. I started getting our team together about 2 months in advance and did most of our fund raising online. It was really easy to set up, and has been really therapeutic for me. I think you would really enjoy doing any walk in honor of your sweet Dylan.
